I don't use the filters in PS very often, but once in awhile I like to goof around with them. This is the result of one such experiment...the original image had extremely high contrast and the highlights were blown out pretty badly....so I layered it on top of it's self and messed with various levels of soft light, hard light, and others....and then ran the watercolor filter, I believe....honestly I'm not too sure. But I kind of like the result.

Also I have files upon files full of images I started and never finished, so I'm trying to organize my collection by finishing them. Or deleting them.
